Neil Hutchinson – Director
Profile
Neil joined the practice in 1987 and qualified as an Architect 1987. He has wide ranging experience across education, commercial, housing (private and public sector), healthcare, sport and leisure and community facilities and all forms of procurement including Procure 21, two stage selective tendering, traditional and design and build. Neil has been a director of the practice since 2003. Neil is an Accredited Conservation Architect with considerable experience of working with Listed Buildings and in Conservation Areas.

Chris McGrory – Director
Profile
Chris joined the practice in 1988 having previously worked as an accountant for a manufacturing company. He is responsible for the legal aspects of the company as well as finance and IT & BIM. He studied Accountancy at Liverpool Polytechnic (now LJMU). Chris has been a director since 2003. Chris is leading the process of the next stage of BIM adoption for the practice and will oversee the reintroduction of various external ISO standards that support the operation of the Practice.

Will Barralet – Director
Profile
Will joined the practice after graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2000 and qualified as an Architect in 2001. He has gained wide experience in a range of design, presentation, job running, client liaison and various methods of procurement. Will became a director in 2014.
